Radio Clinic

Last Sunday afternoon

Radio Clinic
Radio’s have always been a valuable piece of equipment in aviation.  They can assist greatly when learning, flying cross country, and competitions, etc. They aid in efficiency and safety and some flying site now require them to be used.  However if you don’t know how it functions, how to rig it up, or what you should or should not be saying, it can cause a set of problems you didn’t have before.  The Clinic will begin after morning hill lessons in the classroom (~2:00pm).  Anyone is welcome to attend; HG, PG and non-pilots  alike.Clinic will cover basic types of, and appropriate operation of radios for free flight. If you have a radio bring it in a learn more about it.  If you need a radio to be programmed this would be a good time to do so.  If you don’t have a radio yet, come try some out and get one you like.  Cost of the clinic is free, donations toward Columbus Day Fly In and future clinics are appreciated.
