Introductory Hang Gliding Lesson
This 4 hour introductory course begins with a presentation of history, flight principles, and safety considerations relevant to learning hang gliding. You’ll then practice launching on flat ground before gradually moving up the training hill for your first flights.

Weekend Intro Hang Gliding Course
This is a 2 lesson (8 hour) course for students who want more experience. Once you’ve demonstrated the basics, you’ll begin to move up the training hill. The second lesson will get you to a higher launch point for longer practice flights. It usually takes two days to complete this course.

Introductory Paragliding Lesson
Students progress from a one-hour classroom presentation to canopy familiarization and launch practice on flat ground. Gradual progress is made until launches result in flight attempts from the grass training slope.
