Reservation Policies

We do require full payment at time of reservation so be prepared with a credit card. Your card will be charged when you click “Accept” on the confirmation page – we do not “hold” spots. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you want to pay by Cash you must make your reservation at one of our retail stores or activity sites.

Most all of our activities require a waivers. Each participant must complete a waiver prior to participating in their activity. Any participant under the age of eighteen (18) years old must have the waiver signed and completed by the child’s parent. A child’s relative or friend will not be able to sign a waiver for that, or any other minor, that is not theirs.
All of our outdoor activities are weather dependent. If we should have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will reschedule your activity, offer you a Wind Check or provide you with a refund for the part of the activity you were unable to complete. Note: if you were booked on one of our packages and part of your activities are cancelled due to weather, and you opt for a refund, you will be charged regular price for the activities you completed.

Wind Checks – A wind check is a non expiring voucher which allows you to schedule your activity for a future date if you are unable to complete your scheduled activity and cannot reschedule during your stay at Morningside. When you are ready to redeem the Wind Check for your previously scheduled activity, simply call reservations, book your date and time, and tell your reservationist you have a wind check.

Customer Cancellations – We will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled activity. No refund shall be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to activity. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, we can reschedule your activity to a future date & time or offer you a Wind Check.
