Morningside is open seasonally from late spring to late fall. The hill is west facing, and the runway runs north to south. Weather conditions to look for are winds from the west (North west to south west). For Training and Tandem flights light to no wind is best. For the advanced pilot; medium to strong winds, NNW to SSW can be challenging, winds out of East, especially South East, are least favorable.
Morningside Flight Park is open for the season 2021!
For Safety all Hang gliding, Paragliding, and Powered Paragliding activity, including kiting in the LZ, is prohibited without express permission and Flight Park Managers on site. The Access road is also closed to all vehicles.
Thank you in advance for respecting our facility and all of the support our customers have given the park over the years.
