Long-time Massachusetts paragliding pilot, John Gallagher, landed at Morningside last week after launching from West Rutland, VT. He reached altitudes of over 11,000 feet during the 43-mile effort that won’t soon be forgotten. He was still thousands of feet overhead when he arrived at the flight park, allowing time for our enthralled guests to gather in the landing zone to greet him with applause. Flights like this don’t happen everyday.
