The Hang One Program is a comprehensive entry-level hang gliding course. The goal of the course is to prepare students for the USHGA Novice rating. The course consists of six lessons. Students will receive a minimum of eighteen hours ground-handling and flying time and six hours of classroom time. Progress will be logged for each individual student . All lessons are reserved in advance. Classroom time will often be arranged during periods of non-flyable weather conditions.
